You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without reason. The cancellation period is 30 days, starting from the day you received the goods.

Refund Process

We provide a refund to the payment method of your choice within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are free.

Return Policy

  • Return period : 7 days after receiving the product.
  • Original Packaging : The product to be returned must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with tags attached.
  • Products that cannot be returned : Individually made, perishable products, or products that have been opened for health and hygiene reasons.

Exception
